Your payment is successful when your order status automatically amends to Processing.

Shipping Options
We offer local doorstep delivery for $5, and free shipping within Singapore is offered on all orders above $50.
Dispatch Timeframe
We endeavour to dispatch all orders as soon as we can and you will receive your order within 3-5 business days, barring Public Holidays or unless otherwise stated. Transit times will vary depending on location. For orders within Singapore, your parcel should reach in 5 to 7 business days.
Failed Delivery Scenarios
In the event that a delivery attempt has failed, our courier partners will contact you and the package will be left outside your gate. Make sure someone is able to receive the package on delivery to minimise the possibility of theft.
For condominiums: In the event where our courier partner is unable to enter due to restrictions by the guard, subsequent shipping expenses will have to be borne by the buyer.
Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address prior to checkout as we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly delivered parcels or parcels with insufficient address. If a parcel delivery should fail for this reason, it will be returned to us and subsequent shipping expenses will have to be borne by the buyer. No refunds will be entertained should the situation arise that the item is returned due to failed delivery and you no longer want it.

Sale / Clearance Items
We do not offer returns or exchanges for sale or clearance items.
Cancellations
Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. For cancellation of orders placed that have not been shipped, there will be a cancellation fee of 10% to process your refund.
Faulty / Defective Items
We’re sorry if you have received such a product. Please write in to us with a photo of your damaged item within 5 days of receipt of your parcel, and we will do our best to assist you.
We are able to provide a one-to-one exchange for free if the item remains in stock.
In the event that the item is out of stock, we are able to effect a full refund to you in the form of store credit upon confirmation that the item you purchased from us is indeed damaged. If it is determined that the item was damaged due to your mishandling of the item, this request will be denied.
To be eligible for a return of such a product, please ensure that the product is in its original packaging, with any labels or tags attached. In Singapore, items may be returned to our headquarters by mail. Please note that we do not bear the shipping and handling charges of returning any rejected return or exchange request item/s to you.
Colour/Image Disclaimer
We do our best to ensure the colour accuracy of all the products sold on our website. That being said, actual product colours may vary slightly due to differences in device settings, inconsistencies of various display monitors, location lighting at the time of product photography, as well as other factors outside of our control.
In making a purchase from us, you agree to accept the risk that there may be a slight variation between the actual colour of the product and that displayed on our website.
