Housecall Appointments
To secure your booking, please make a deposit of $30 (deposit is paid for the housecall charge) here.
Please note that there will be an $8 surcharge applicable for Sentosa residents.
Please send us a screenshot once this is done so that we can process and confirm your booking.

Please note that booking confirmations are on a first come first serve basis. In the event that the deposit is not received, your slot may be given up to somebody else without prior notice.
During your pet's grooming session:
Do ensure that someone is at home to provide grooming instructions so that our groomers are able to promptly finish your pet's grooming and is able to move on to the next appointment on time.
Do ensure that the services that you selected are correct. In the event that you would like to add on/change any services on the day of grooming itself, it will be subjected to the groomer's availability.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you book an appointment with us, our drivers reserve time in their schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be required to pay a $30 no-show fee. This includes situations where our driver is unable to access the property, is turned away, or if the client is unavailable.
Rescheduling is allowed only once and must be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you reschedule with the required 48-hour notice, we offer store credit for your next booking, but no refunds will be provided. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment one time without penalty. Any additional rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Please ensure that any changes to your appointment are made well in advance to avoid losing your deposit.

Do note that in the event that the groomer is unwell, we will assign a replacement groomer or reschedule the appointment to your next available day.
Payment Policy
Do note that payment will be made during the grooming session. There will be a late payment fee of 10% chargeable on top of your pet's grooming fees should you not pay during the session when asked by your assigned groomer.
