Salon Booking Policy

Pet Transport 

Pick Up Timing: between 10.30am -12.30am
Drop off Timing:  between 4.30pm - 6.30pm 

Our transport driver will drop you a text/call while heading to your location to provide you with an ETA. If you stay in an apartment, you will be required to bring your pet/s to the specified pick up point. Pets living in landed properties will be picked up outside the gate. If any doorstep pick up is required, please let us know in advance. Door Step Pick Up will be charged at $5 per time on top of transportation fee.

For customer requiring Specific Timing for pick-up or drop-off, there will be $15 fee (only within 10.30am-12.30am & 4.30pm-6.30pm).

Our transport drivers will text/call their ETA prior. Please do get your pets ready before the timing. There will be $10/10mins charges for driver's waiting time. This applies to door to door services, assisting in securing the pet(s), and downstairs pickup/drop off.

All pets (excluding dogs above 15kg) are required to be in their own hard carriers/crates. Dogs above 15 kg will be secured in the vehicle with a seat belt. If you do not have a hard carrier and require one, please let us know in advance. A $10 fee is applicable (2-ways) on top of transportation fee if a hard carrier is required.

Please note that there will be an $8 surcharge applicable for Sentosa residents.

To confirm your transport booking:
All transport bookings, including Free Promotional Transportation are only confirmed upon receipt of payment. Please make an upfront payment of $30 here.

If you have to postpone your appointment, please provide notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid your deposit being forfeited. If you reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 48-hour notice, we offer store credit which you can use for your next booking but do not offer refunds. 

During your pet(s)' grooming session:

Do ensure that the number that you have provided to our admin staff can be contactable during each grooming session as they will send you updates about your pet's condition which you may not have known beforehand. 

Do ensure that the services that you selected are correct. In the event that you would like to add on/change any services on the day of grooming itself, it will be subjected to the groomer's availability. 

To make payment for the grooming session: 

All payments for your pet's grooming session should be made before they are sent home. Do kindly follow the instructions for payment that will be sent by our admin staff via Whatsapp @ 6100 0842 during the grooming session. We seek your cooperation in this and any late payment (payment not made on the same day) will be chargeable on top of your pet's grooming fees.

Cancellation Policy 

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that our groomers have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be required to pay a $30 no-show fee. This includes appointments where our groomer is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable.

Payment Policy 

Do note that payment will be made after the grooming session before your pet goes home. There will be a late payment fee of 10% chargeable on top of your pet's grooming fees should you not pay on the same day of the grooming session before you bring your pet(s) home.
