Our Professional Pet Grooming Certification Programme is a full-time, 8-week intensive designed for individuals who wish to pursue a career in pet grooming or deepen their grooming skills.

You will learn foundational and advanced techniques, receive hands-on training, and gain exposure to real salon operations, all while preparing for exam-ready grooming styles.

Upon completion of the course, students will:

• Acquire technical grooming skills suitable for a wide range of breeds

• Be able to groom confidently and safely in both home and salon environments

• Understand grooming theory, hygiene protocols, and pet handling techniques

This comprehensive course is structured into 4 modules, each comprising 10 lessons. It is designed to progressively build both technical grooming skills and practical salon knowledge, ensuring graduates are well-prepared for real-world application and professional certification.

Module 1: Basic Techniques (10 lessons)

• Brushing & De-matting

• Ear Cleaning & Ear Hair Removal
• ⁠Anal Gland Expression
• Basic Clipping Techniques: Paw pads, Sanitary area, Poodle feet & face
• Undercoat Removal
• Pre-clips & Line Setting
• Scissoring Fundamentals

Module 2: Pet Clips (10 lessons)

• Shave Down
• Summer Clip
• Poodle: Teddy Bear Clip & Different Face Cuts
• Pomeranian: Boo Cut
• Schnauzer: Pet Clip

Module 3: Exam Preparation (10 lessons)

Module 4: Salon Internship & Management (10 lessons)

• Minimum Age: 16 years old
• No prior grooming experience required
• Basic English proficiency recommended
