As the festive season approaches, please be informed that a Chinese New Year Surcharge will apply during our peak period. This ensures that we can continue providing quality grooming services for all pets while accommodating the increased appointment demand.

📅 Surcharge Schedule

• 17 – 23 January: $10
• 24 – 30 January: $15
• 31 January – 6 February: $20
• 7 – 12 February: $25
• 13 – 18 February: $30
  
  

Terms & Conditions

• The surcharge applies per pet for all services, including both salon and housecall appointments.
• Only the 50% off Collagen Spa promotion is applicable during this peak period. Other promotional offers are not available and cannot be reserved, carried forward, or applied to future sessions.
• Package holders are entitled to a 10% discount on Grooming Services and may deduct the surcharge from their package deposit.
• The surcharge must be paid prior to confirming your appointment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the surcharge being forfeited.
• The standard housecall deposit policy remains applicable.
• The Grooming Angels reserves the right to amend the terms of this surcharge without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, our decision will be final.
