Service Availability:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 1-4pm
  • Tuesday, Sunday: 10am-7pm

Booking and Fees:

  • Base rate: $30 for trips up to 18 km; $1.60 per additional km
  • Deposit: $30 (or your total fee if under $30), must be paid within 30 minutes or booking is void, non-refundable in case of cancellation
  • Doorstep Pick-Up/Drop-Off: $10 per trip
  • One-way trips only; two-way trips require separate bookings
  • Waiting time: $48 per hour, prorated and billed after transport
  • Sentosa surcharge: $8
  • Late fee: $0.80 per minute

By booking with Angel Pet Concierge, you agree to these terms and conditions:

1. Owner Presence for Skittish/Aggressive Dogs

Owners must be present if their dog is skittish or aggressive to ensure the safety and comfort of both the pet and the driver. Aggressive dogs must be muzzled during transportation. Otherwise, owner is not required to be present, up to 2 humans allowed per vehicle (excluding driver).

2. Transport of Cats and Small Animals

Cats and small animals will not be handled by the driver and must be transported in a crate provided by the owner.

3. Cleaning Fee

A cleaning fee of $50 will apply if the pet defecates, urinates, vomits, or causes any similar mess in the car.

4. Appointment Confirmation

All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes to the appointment must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time, or a cancellation fee may apply.

5. Pet Health and Safety

Pets must be in good health and free from contagious diseases. Owners are required to disclose any medical conditions or special needs of their pets at the time of booking.

6. Liability

The Grooming Angels Pet Concierge is not liable for any injuries or illnesses that may occur during transportation. Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets are fit for travel.

7. Emergency Situations

In the event of an emergency, The Grooming Angels Pet Concierge will make every effort to contact the owner immediately. If the owner cannot be reached, the pet will be taken to the nearest veterinary clinic at the owner’s expense.

8. Behavioral Issues

Pets with known behavioral issues such as aggression must be disclosed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for handling pets with behavioral problems.

9. Service Area

The Grooming Angels Pet Concierge services are available within a specific geographic area. Services outside this area may incur additional charges.

10. Payment

Payment for services is due at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and electronic transfer.

11. Right to Refuse Service

The Grooming Angels Pet Concierge reserves the right to refuse service to any pet or owner at their discretion.

12. Owner Responsibility

Owners must ensure that their pets are securely leashed or crated before the driver arrives. The Grooming Angels Pet Concierge is not responsible for pets that escape or are lost due to owner negligence.

13.Punctuality

Owners must ensure that their pets are ready for pick-up at the scheduled time. Delays may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

14. No-Shows

If the owner or pet is not available at the scheduled pick-up time without prior notice, a no-show fee may apply.

15. Service Limitations

The Grooming Angels Pet Concierge is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

16. Communication

Owners must provide up-to-date contact information and be reachable during the scheduled service time.

17. Pet Identification

Pets must have proper identification, such as a collar with tags or a microchip, to ensure safe return in case of an emergency.

18. Vaccination Requirements

All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be required at the time of booking.

19. Special Requests

Any special requests or accommodations must be communicated and agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply.

20. Insurance

The Grooming Angels Pet Concierge recommends that owners have adequate pet insurance to cover any potential medical emergencies or incidents during transportation.

21. Pets Allowance

A maximum of two small/medium pets (below 41kg) or one large pet (over 41kg) is allowed per vehicle
